I run logistics sites and lead the people who keep them moving. I have been in the industry since 2008, and my path has taken me from warehouse operations through sales to general management. Since June 2026 I have also been a co-founder of Minoka GbR, where marketing and sales are my responsibility.
Aladin Bisevac is a logistics site manager based in Waltrop in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. He was Team Leader at DHL Global Forwarding, then spent more than eleven years at Schäflein AG, first in the Warehouse Control Centre, then as Sales Manager Logistics and finally as Division Manager. After that he was Operations Manager at Schroeder Group and Managing Director of the freight forwarder Spedition Hans Aulich GmbH. Since April 2026 he has managed the Kamen site of Dümler Logistik GmbH. He holds the Certified Logistics Master qualification from the Dortmund Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK Dortmund). Since June 2026 he has also been a co-founder of Minoka GbR, where he is primarily responsible for marketing and sales.

Sercan Kahraman has run minoka since 2017. In June 2026 we combined our strengths in Minoka GbR, where I am primarily responsible for marketing and sales.
